Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on the basket and go to the checkout.

All prices include local VAT charges where applicable.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling within the Republic of Ireland is a flat rate of €8.00 on every order. International orders are worked out on an order by order basis.

Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed immediately. (Assuming the goods are in stock) Orders are normally despatched on the day and delivered next day by courier. We aim to deliver within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you to be delivered as soon as it is back in stock.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We guarantee your satisfaction. If any goods arrive less than perfect then you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt of your order.

Returns Policy
RETURNS: Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. This must be done within 10 working days.
Incorrectly ordered items, or items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will incur a 10% restocking fee and delivery costs will not be refunded
